With more than thirty years of commercial management experience across architecture, retail, technology and logistics, Wayne brings a broad understanding of how organisations perform under scale and complexity. His background includes leading large teams, managing significant budgets and establishing operational frameworks across diverse business environments.

At Place Studio, Wayne oversees operational performance and human resources, working closely with leadership and project teams to ensure the studio functions with clarity, efficiency and consistency. His role is focused on enabling teams to deliver projects effectively while maintaining a strong internal culture that supports long-term growth and performance.
