Place Studio

The Young Street development comprises 46 apartments and a 96-room hotel, integrating residential and short-stay accommodation within a cohesive architectural vision. Responding to its coastal context, the design draws on the region’s natural topography, light, and movement through interconnected volumes and porous, walkable spaces that encourage exploration and discovery. A palette of neutral tones and natural materials is complemented by subtle references to the ocean and the area’s industrial history, grounding the project in its local identity.
