This 120 apartment residential community brings together traditional apartments, co-living accommodation and SDA housing within a single address. The project responds to changing urban lifestyles by providing flexible housing options suited to a diverse resident mix, including healthcare workers, visiting professionals, students and short stay residents.

A shared wellness hub on the rooftop forms the social focus of the building, providing spaces for recreation and connection. By integrating wellness amenities with varied housing types, the architecture supports both independent living and a stronger sense of community.
