Place Studio

The Archibald introduces a large mixed use development to Gosford comprising 327 apartments, a 130 room hotel and a range of shared amenities. Designed by Dickson Rothschild with Place Studio engaged as delivery architect, the project contributes to the evolving urban centre of Gosford.

The development is conceived as an urban village that integrates residential living with hospitality and dining. This mix of uses encourages activity throughout the day and evening while strengthening the connection between the city centre and the surrounding coastal lifestyle.
