Place Studio

Located within the evolving Woolloongabba precinct, the development introduces a mixed use residential building designed to support a range of housing needs. The building combines co-living and short stay accommodation across the mezzanine and first three levels, responding to demand from the nearby university, hospital and stadium, with 39 apartments from levels 4 to 11.

The architecture adopts a sub-tropical design approach, incorporating landscaped elements across the façade to respond to the local climate. A 141sqm communal rooftop crowns the building, providing shared amenities including BBQ and gathering spaces for residents.
