The planning of the building responds directly to its coastal outlook, orientating the architecture to engage with the ocean and skyline beyond.
Layouts have been arranged to prioritise corner positions so each residence captures natural light, cross ventilation and expansive views. By distributing outlook across the building rather than concentrating it in a limited number of dwellings, the design treats the surrounding landscape as a shared amenity across the development.
