This mixed use proposal in Rose Bay combines ground floor retail with a 19 room boutique hotel above, creating a considered response to the scale and character of the surrounding streetscape. The architecture is defined by a sculpted brick form and vertical apertures that establish rhythm along the street while softening the building’s presence within the coastal village setting.
A generous colonnade at ground level supports food and beverage tenancies that extend into the public realm, strengthening pedestrian activity and contributing to Rose Bay’s local character. Above, the hotel rooms are framed by arched openings and layered greenery, creating a quieter retreat that balances texture, material warmth and a strong connection to the street below.
