Place Studio

Engaged as the delivery architect for a concept by PBD Architects, Place Studio supported the realisation of Mosman Residences. A boutique collection of one, two and three bedroom apartments positioned within the established village setting of Mosman. Located amongst the suburb’s retail and dining precinct, the development responds carefully to the scale and character of the surrounding streetscape.

The architecture focuses on delivering a refined residential environment aligned with Mosman’s established quality. Apartments are planned with generous internal layouts and access to outdoor spaces, including private courtyards in selected residences. Material selection and detailing draw from the local context, allowing the building to integrate comfortably within the surrounding neighbourhood.
