Place Studio

Place Studio has been engaged as the delivery architect by Mono Constructions on behalf of Homes NSW for the delivery of a 33 apartment social housing development at Peakhurst. The project comprises a thoughtfully designed multi storey residential scheme that balances density with liveability, incorporating a mix of adaptable and accessible apartments to support diverse tenant needs. The design responds to its urban context through articulated building forms, efficient planning and high quality material selection, while prioritising amenity, natural light and cross ventilation across all dwellings. Place Studio’s role as delivery architect ensures a coordinated and compliant documentation outcome, supporting the efficient construction of much needed social housing infrastructure.
