Fox Lane introduces a contemporary residential address within the evolving centre of Rockdale, delivering 44 apartments and two ground floor commercial tenancies. The project offers a mix of one, two and three bedroom residences positioned within walking distance of Rockdale Station and the surrounding retail precinct.

The design balances apartment living with shared amenity through a series of rooftop spaces that provide residents with outdoor areas for recreation and gathering. Landscaped terraces, a pool and communal facilities establish a social layer above the street, while the integration of ground floor commercial uses strengthens the building’s relationship with the surrounding neighbourhood
