Concept design for a new Hyundai & Genesis flagship Showroom & Service facility in West Terrace South Australia, all to current Hyundai & Genesis CI & facility requirements.

Design issues:

– Tight elongated site with major exposure to 2 of the 3 streets bounding the site
– Customer entry points associated with customer parking
– Ground Floor Showroom planning constrained by requirement for 2-way ramp system to Service Arrival & Workshop on 2 levels over.
– Vertical staff & customer circulation from After Sales to Showrooms below
– Provision of operational parking needs within the 3 levels.
