Place Studio

Ellery Epping at 12 Bridge Street was delivered with Place Studio acting as delivery architect, working from the original concept design by Dickson Rothschild. Completed in 2024, the development introduces a collection of residences ranging from studios through to penthouses within a landscaped setting close to Epping’s transport and retail centre.

The architecture balances proximity to the town centre with a quieter residential character. Apartment planning prioritises natural light and outlook, with residences oriented to engage with surrounding greenery while maintaining strong connections to Epping’s station, retail and everyday amenities.
