Place Studio

Place Studio was engaged as Design Architect for a senior living community delivering 48 apartments for Link Wentworth. The project is arranged as three interconnected buildings, each formed by two wings linked through a central corridor, creating a clear and accessible circulation structure across the site.

The architecture is expressed through a restrained material palette, with refined brick detailing establishing a durable and timeless character. Carefully placed windows and fibre cement cladding introduce contrast and lightness across the façades. At the rear of the site, landscaped communal gardens and open green spaces provide residents with shared areas for connection, relaxation and everyday outdoor living.
