The Fox Lane project, designed by Place Studio, is a mixed-use development that combines retail and food and beverage spaces on the ground floor with 44 residential units above. The building serves as a gateway to Rockdale and features extensive communal facilities on the roof, including a gym, pool, outdoor theater, and private dining room, to promote a sense of community among residents. The apartments are oriented to take advantage of either the northern light or the peaceful surroundings of Fox Lane. The use of pre-cast concrete and metal louvers in the design provides a visually striking architectural expression that stands in contrast to the adjacent buildings, while also ensuring durability and longevity.
