The architectural concept for this project is centred around the use of a two-tone brick facade and a segmented design that connects three separate buildings through enclosed pedestrian walkways. The rooftop and ground floor communal spaces are designed to be versatile and dynamic, catering to a wide range of uses and activities. The intricate brickwork adds a striking textural element to the overall design, creating visual interest and variety across the buildings.
