Place Studio

The Jensen involved the refurbishment of an ageing hotel in Potts Point, repositioning the building as a contemporary short stay hotel comprising 35 guest rooms. The project focused on delivering a cost effective upgrade aligned with the client’s brand identity.

Colour plays a central role in the interior concept, with vibrant tones introduced throughout corridors and guest rooms. The updated spaces balance comfort with simplicity while reflecting the energy and character of the surrounding Macleay Street precinct.
