Place Studio

The Baxley Bondi is a boutique hotel in the centre of Bondi comprising 30 guest rooms, designed as a relaxed retreat within one of Sydney’s most recognised coastal neighbourhoods. The project repositioned the hotel through a refreshed interior identity that reflects the surrounding beach culture.

The interiors draw on green tones, natural materials and layered textures to establish a calm and informal atmosphere. Subtle references to Cuban design influences sit alongside coastal motifs, creating a distinctive interior character that connects the hotel to its location.
