The development proposes a sleek two-storey design with the use of face brickwork and cladding materials. Providing a mix of 1 & 2 Bedroom Dwellings, open plan living/dining/kitchen area whilst achieving compliance Livable Housing Standards (Silver). The development boasts Solshare photovoltaic system providing energy back to the residents and use of the communal areas.
