Nestled within the charming laneways of Glebe, PLACE Studio were engaged as the design architect for an innovative New Generation Boarding House development. This project features 17 thoughtfully designed rooms around inviting communal areas, all aimed to bring a sense of community in a modern environment.
PLACE Studio’s creative approach maximized the potential of the small land parcel. The design seamlessly blends functionality and style, offering much-needed accommodation in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant Inner West. This development not only addresses the growing demand for affordable housing but also sets a new benchmark for urban living, providing a contemporary and comfortable space for residents to call home.
